  • Review Popcorn Words
  • Read with your child or to your child each night: 15 minutes

Root Beer Floats

Yesterday (4/7/15) was our first day back from Spring Break.  I hope everyone had a nice break; we had some nice weather which makes things better.  Yesterday was also my birthday.  For my birthday treat I brought in ingredients to make Root Beer Floats.  They were a perfect little treat and a BIG hit!

Welcome Back

Welcome back!!  I hope everyone had a relaxing spring break!  I did not travel anywhere this year, but I had a great break: sleeping in, visiting friends/family, finishing my online class, and doing things around my house.  It was nice to have the time to do those things.

Can you believe there are only 8 weeks left in the school year?! In the weeks to come, my 3rd-5th graders will be taking their state tests.  You can help by making sure your child get a good nights sleep and has a good breakfast in the morning.  Please remind your child to do their best.

Looking forward to seeing the kids tomorrow.  Remember that Thursday, April 9th we will be going to the CC Public Library for our monthly visit.
